ARK Delivery Information

delivery options & returns policy

We will deliver our products within the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Canada. Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

 

Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery on any orders over the value of £75.00 (excluding delivery charges) that are shipped within the UK.

 

Delivery within UK

Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT between Monday and Friday and be to a delivery address within the UK.  For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature. If you will not be at home during normal office hours, please provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

Delivery to Ireland

Via carrier, signature required (2 days)                           £15.00

Additional security checks are taking place in some countries which may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders.

 

Delivery to Europe

Via carrier, signature required (2 – 4 days)                     £15.00

Delivery to USA and Canada

Via carrier, signature required (2 – 5 days)                     £20.00

Please note that, due to Customs regulations, we are not able to ship ARK Home Aromatics diffusers, room fragrances or candles or any ARK Gift Sets containing these items to the USA or Canada.  We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. ARK is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.



Gift Wrapping

If you would like to send your order specially gift wrapped in a gift box, with ARK tissue and ribbon, then please go to our Gift Sets page and choose from one of the many selections there.

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have ordered from www.arkskincare.com, we will offer you a full refund on the price of the product or replacement or exchange according to the terms of our Refunds and Returns Policy set out below.

For reasons of hygiene, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened product.

E-vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Products purchased using e-vouchers are non refundable and non returnable.

If you wish to return your product, please follow the procedure set out below:

1.Contact us by e-mail at returns@arkskincare.com or by phone on +44 (0)208 788 9824 (Mon – Fri 10am to 3pm).  Please remember to give us your order number, item stock number, reason for return and whether you would like a return or replacement.  We will issue you with an authorisation reference number by return.

2.Wrap the item securely and return it in the original outer packaging with original despatch note by recorded delivery to:

Please ask for a free proof of postage receipt from your post office.

3.We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and including the costs of returning the product to us.

We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
   
Terms
You should inspect your order on receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included.  You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with the procedure set out above.  If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of your order at a later date. You must return the item within 14 working days after the date you originally received your order.

You must return the item in the same condition in which you received it, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

If you receive a damaged product, please e-mail us at returns@arkskincare.com and follow the procedure as set out above.  Please retain all packaging and damaged products for inspection by the carrier. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please e-mail us at returns@arkskincare.com and follow the procedure as set out above.  Once we have received the product and agree that it is defective, we will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and including the costs of returning the product to us.

We will not issue a refund where we reasonably assess that a product has been used.

If free delivery was originally offered, we reserve the right to charge it at the standard rate for re-delivering your item.

Where goods are delivered to a third party, you may exercise the right to return as set out above.

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) Ark gift vouchers

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(b) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(c) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(d) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession. Items are returned at your own cost and risk.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
