Each therapist who joins our staff attends our ARK Academy where they are given specialist training in our professional and hygienic treatment procedures and stringent customer service values.  Our Angel “wings” badge is awarded to each therapist who “passes out” from the ARK Academy and is a symbol of their skill and dedication.

These qualifications allow us to educate our clients on what is best for their skin.  We will tell you the honest truth about your skin and give you the means to make a real difference to how it looks. We will teach you to give your skin what it needs and to understand when it needs it.  In short, we will be your personal skin trainers.

Our SkinResponse skin health programme involves face-to-face advice from your ARK personal skin trainers and the creation of a signature treatment for your skin using products and SkinResponse Serums from the ARK Age Aware Skincare range.  And we won’t just leave you then and wave goodbye. We will keep in touch and track your progress with you, tweaking your product regime as and when necessary.
