All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Sage Pay.  You should only provide your personal information to Sage Pay after reviewing the Sage Pay privacy policy (available at http://www.sagepay.com/privacy_policy.html).  We will share information with Sage Pay only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

We will take reasonable steps to create an accurate record of any personal information you have submitted through this website.  However, we do not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal information.  If you advise us that your personal information is no longer accurate, we will, so far as practicable, make corrections.  If any of the information you provided on registration changes, you can update your registration information by editing your profile in the “my account” page or by e-mailing us at office@arkskincare.com.

Our website is built on Shopify, the data centers of which are located within the United States. When a European customer proceeds through our checkout, their information is transferred to these data centers for processing.
