Here’s why it matters:

Try This Simple Stretch Sequence:

Overhead Reach (30 seconds): Sit or stand tall, interlace fingers, stretch your arms up. Inhale deeply.

Side Stretch (30 seconds): Drop your right hand, reach left arm over. Repeat other side.

Seated Twist (30 seconds each side): Gently twist from the waist, holding the opposite knee. Breathe.

Neck Rolls (30 seconds): Drop chin to chest, roll ear to shoulder in a slow circle. Reverse.
