Just 2 minutes, right from bed. 

It’s tempting to dive straight into the chaos of the day, but giving your body just 2 intentional minutes in the morning can shift everything.

Here’s why it matters:
✔️ Releases overnight stiffness and reawakens your muscles
✔️ Boosts circulation, helping skin glow naturally
✔️ Activates your parasympathetic nervous system – calming your mind and setting a grounded tone

Try This Simple Stretch Sequence:

  1. Overhead Reach (30 seconds): Sit or stand tall, interlace fingers, stretch your arms up. Inhale deeply.

  2. Side Stretch (30 seconds): Drop your right hand, reach left arm over. Repeat other side.

  3. Seated Twist (30 seconds each side): Gently twist from the waist, holding the opposite knee. Breathe.

  4. Neck Rolls (30 seconds): Drop chin to chest, roll ear to shoulder in a slow circle. Reverse.
