What we're loving this month!
1 - Exploring new winter stock at my favourite pre-loved store Plum in Haslemere.
2 - Cosy bomber jackets at M&S.
3 - Calming dog treats from Nutripaw to prevent anxiety during fireworks season.
4 - Discovering all about new sparkling wine being produced at Weyborne Estate in the South Downs.
1 - I am LOVING Dolly Alderton's Good Material.
2 - I'm terrible at remembering to take my vitamin supplements, but after a recent flu bug, I've vowed to get on top of this. I'm loving this Dewty drink, as well as collagen, it contains 100% of RDA of Vit C and Vit D3. Tasty too!
4 - I've been saving my Aery Tomato Leaf candle for cosy season.
3 - Daily walks for me whatever the weather.
5 - Hot chocolate and film nights and changing over to my autumn wardrobe - boots, tights, corduroy.
1 - I've recently started Reformer Pilates at the amazing Framework Pilates Studio in Godalming. Steph is incredible and it's such a gorgeous space.
2 - I am loving vests this Autumn and this cream one from H&M is so perfect for layering with a shirt underneath.
3 - OHMG Magnesium Water contains sparkling water infused with 60mg Magnesium. They taste really good, and I am sleeping so much better.
4 - It's my goal to finish Yellow Face this month. I am a slow reader but have been absolutely loving this book. Getting into bed early with a book, lighting a candle and a chamomile tea is my perfect way to wind down.
5 - I love autumn, slowing down and taking the time for self-care. These Aery Living Happy Space Bath salts smell SO GOOD. (Rose is my favourite!) They contain Himalayan and Epsom salts which are great for relieving anxiety.
