Golden Milk Recipe
We have been loving Happiful magazine where we found and loved this recipe. Nourish you body with this golden milk recipe inspired by Derya Hyussein from Happiful Magazine.
You'll need:
250ml milk (dairy or non dairy) | 1 tsp ground turmeric | 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger | 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon | 1/4 tsp black pepper | 1tsp honey
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over a medium heat.
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Let is simmer or 10 minutes. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
