Refer a Friend Program - FAQs
How does ARK Skincare's Refer a Friend program work?
It's really straightforward, give your friends a reward and claim your own discount when they purchase.
Enter the details of the person you'd like to refer (see pop-up form on homepage). A 20% off code will be generated for them to use on their first order (no minimum spend). The referral code can be shared with them via email, Facebook, Twitter or copy pasted to an SMS. Once they place their order, we will send you a £10 voucher to use on a future order (minimum spend £70). Remember you can refer to as many people as you like, so lots of £10 vouchers could be coming your way!
Can I refer a friend who is already an ARK Skincare customer?
Unfortunately not. Your friend must be a new ARK Skincare customer and can’t have placed an order at arkskincare.com already.
Do I have to be an ARK Skincare customer to refer someone?
No you don't, everyone can refer. Feel free to spread the word.
Am I allowed to refer myself?
No! We're afraid not. We have fraud checks in place, so please don't try.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No, you can refer as many people as you like.
Can I use multiple Refer a Friend discounts on one order?
You can only use one per order.
Can the Refer a Friend discount be used in conjunction with other discounts?
Only one discount can be used per order. Discounts work on full priced items and exclude gift cards.
